Key Responsibilities: 
· Collaborate and Communicate with candidates and hiring contacts to schedule interviews
· Coordinate logistics of Assessment Days for high volume interviewing and hiring
· Submit Position Profiles to appropriate parties
· Process Travel and Expenses for Recruits
· Conducts internet and NARR(Resume Database) searches
· Sources NARR database for open roles
· Ensure applicant tracking systems accuracy throughout recruiting process including:

Contract Recruiter, Dallas TX

Can work from Home 90 % of the time - 1 position or you are welcome to go into office
FYI - This position reports directly to me.


We are currently looking for an experienced recruiter on a contract basis to help source, screen, interview, and hire qualified candidates for our client, Accenture. This is a contract position for at least 6 months. The position is based out of our Dallas, TX office but will support West Central Region of the US.

Key Responsibilities:
· Source candidates through various mechanisms (direct, internet, referrals, research, relationships, etc)

· Coordinate recruitment process for candidates at consultant through senior manager levels

· Manage some or all of recruiting/hiring process which includes: 

     - Create job specifications
     - Source candidates for respective industry/service areas
     - Communicate needs to staff to generate referrals/leads
     - Create/place advertisements - job postings
     - Prescreen candidates for all levels up to the partner/principal and firm director level

     - Coordinate interviewing teams and schedules 
     - Follow up on open issues - employee referrals 
     - Negotiate compensation 
     - Ensure information is properly maintained for reporting purposes 


Qualifications sought:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
· Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment required 
· Ability to implement successful experienced hire recruiting programs.
· Knowledge of key recruiting craft skills, including various sourcing, candidate selection, selling and negotiating techniques, as well as candidate management systems 
· Ability to operate efficiently and effectively within a matrix, geographically dispersed organization.
· Demonstrated good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to develop and maintain relationships.
· Ability to interview and assess appropriate potential hires 
· Good organizational skills
· Some knowledge of industry and technology trends, compensation and benefits

Training Manager, Dallas TX
This position is involved in the deployment, development, quality and delivery of training to 8000+ call center agents and trainers in multiple centers. The scope of the training includes all lines of business (DSL, Dial, CSI, Home Networking, Email/Chat), all methods and procedures, and agent processes and team lead processes. The Training Manager has key operational objectives such as POSE survey goals, Agent Quality Monitoring scores, Agent Minimum standards, average handle time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction as well as new process improvements and marketing initiatives

Key Responsibilities:
· The successful deployment of all training created by the client for agents and team leads
· Quality of the training materials
· Quality of the trainers delivering the materials
· Accuracy of the training departments at the vendors
· Strategic direction of the training 
· Maintenance of the training materials

Qualifications sought:

Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Dallas, TX - National Non-Profit Organization

Full time salaried opportunity.

 

Works directly with the Finance, Funds Management, supports Audit and the foundation board to develop policies and monitor their implementation and operation. Monitors monthly financial operations analysis and guidance to operating unit management staff. Prepares specific recommendations for President.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Manages the staff and oversees the operations of the accounting, finance, audit and information technologies. 

· Reviews, updates, and/or develops internal control systems for the Association and conducts internal audits to check for compliance. 

· Provides recommendations for improvement. 

· Monitors the annual audit and meets periodically with the outside auditors to maintain communications and keep them informed of changes in the Association. 

· Manages the investment of operating cash flow, reserves and capital funds to maximize investment earnings.

· Prepares and/or reviews reports to partner organizations and governmental agencies. 

· Prepares and/or reviews all tax returns. 

· Directs the development of branch budgets and prepares and/or reviews all Association Office budgets. · Manages tax-exempt bond transactions and files all necessary reports. 

· Establishes, maintains and/or monitors all banking relationships. 

· Maintains all necessary records and accounting reports for the Endowment Fund, Land, Building and Equipment Fund and records all transactions on a timely basis. 

· Maintains good working relationships with auditors, bankers, investment counselors, attorneys and other professional advisors.

Qualifications sought:
· Bachelor's degree in business, finance or equivalent, and; 

· Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designation preferred. 

· Seven or more years of experience in accounting financial management. 

· Knowledge and understanding of general business matters required including budget development, cash management and funds management, business taxes. 

· Knowledge of computer technology including computerized accounting systems. 

· Candidate must be skilled in the area of communications and organizational planning and management. 

· This position requires excellent human relations' skills and the ability to work well with volunteers and staff team
