Dr. Daphne Houston is a key player in the field of career development, work-life coaching and talent acquisition.

For more than a decade, Daphne's worked the 'inside track' of well paying jobs. Big corporations have paid her big money to scout the best talent for select opportunities, and savvy job seekers have leveraged her extensive network of contacts and her personal coaching to land well-paying jobs before others even knew they existed.

In fact, she's become famous for teaching others how to 'crack the code' and advance their careers through her speaking, coaching and  writing, appearing in over 35 U.S. publications including Black Enterprise, Employment Review, The Chicago Tribune, L.A. Times and through her columns "Ask Dr. Daphne", and "The Weekly Work Doctor", read by millions monthly.  She is also a frequent contributor on radio and television programs.

Previously, Daphne:

  •   Held technical and HR positions as software developer, VP Technical Training, Senior Organizational
  •  Development Consultant, technical trainer, Account Manager and VP HR and Organizational Development for: The Office of the  Joint Chiefs of Staff, Citibank,  Reuters, PeopleSoft and TeleSphere International respectively.

Currently, Daphne:

     internationally

Daphne earned her undergraduate degree from Howard University and her Ph.D. from Kansas State University where she studied as a Patricia Roberts Harris Fellow.
